1. What data do we collect?

Most of the personal information DI PAOLO LTD processes is provided to us directly by you. We collect the following data:

• Information you provide upon registering for our services and enrolling in courses: your name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, your company name or job title.

• Profile data when you create an account and a profile: your name, email address, company name or job title. You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, headline, social media profiles, or other data. Your profile data will be publicly viewable by others. 

• Payment details: if you make purchases, we collect specific data about your purchase (such as your name and zip code) as necessary to process your order. You must provide specific payment and billing data directly to our payment processing partners, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and zip code. For security, DI PAOLO LTD does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.

• Information you provide upon sending us an enquiry: your name, email address, and messages.

• Information you provide when completing a feedback form: your name and email address, location, age, ethnicity or race, other behavioural preference,  testimonials and reviews of our product.

2. How do we use your data?

DI PAOLO LTD collects your data so that we can:

• run, grow and develop our business

• provide our services, improve them, and develop new products, services, and features

• communicate with you by responding to your queries, send you information from the course provider, and notify you about changes to our services and agreements

• we might use your reviews of our product on our website, but only with prior approval 

3. How long do we store your data for?

DI PAOLO LTD will only retain your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes of our services and to comply with legal obligations. We will keep your email data for our marketing newsletter until you unsubscribe.

DI PAOLO LTD will not sell, distribute or send you personal data to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• With the following Software-as-a-Service organisations that we use to store personal data

  • WordPress / Mail Poet: a CRM used for building our website and for storing personal data for business dealings and email marketing. We use this tool to store personal data. You can view its privacy policy here.

  • Google classroom: a free web service developed by Google for schools that aims to simplify creating, distributing, and grading assignments used to deliver our e-learning classes. We use this tool to store personal data. You can view its privacy policy here.

  • Google Analytics: we use this analytics tool to gather and understand System Data and Usage Data (see Section 1.2).

5. What is our legal basis for processing your data?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018, the legal basis for processing personal data for DI PAOLO LTD’s services is:

• your consent

• our legitimate interest where your fundamental rights and interests do not override that interest. This legitimate interest includes running our business, provide our services, inform our marketing strategy, study how customers use our services to further develop our business model and grow our business, keep our records updated, recover a debt due to us

• where we need to comply with a regulatory or legal obligation

DI PAOLO LTD designs, builds and runs our systems to make sure that your data is as safe as possible at all stages, both when we process and store it.  This means that your data will be saved in a secure operational environment that is not accessible to the public. All personal data is stored in the European Economic Area (EEA). 

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. We have set up systems and processes to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your data – for example, we protect your data using varying levels of encryption. However, we cannot fully guarantee that any information provided to us in connection with the data we collect will be free from unauthorised access by third parties, as no security system is 100% secure.

It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that email communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.

7. What are your data protection rights?

DI PAOLO LTD would like to inform you about your data protection rights in the most transparent way possible. With respect to all of your personal data, you have:

• the right to access: you have the right to request DI PAOLO LTD for copies of your personal data

• the right to rectification: you have the right to request DI PAOLO LTD to any information you believe is inaccurate. You can also request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete. You can additionally update data you provide directly in your account settings.

• the right to erasure: you have the right to request DI PAOLO LTD to erase your personal data. You can always delete your account by contacting us through our email: support@youintrapreneur.com.

• the right to restrict processing: you have the right to request DI PAOLO LTD to restrict the processing of your personal data.

• the right to object to processing: you have the right to object to DI PAOLO LTD’s processing of your personal data.

For instance, to receive marketing emails from us, you must expressly consent to this. You may opt-out of these emails at any time. 8. Data Collection and Children  

DI PAOLO LTD’s services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at children 13 years of age or younger (or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area). If it comes to our attention that we collected personal data from a child under those ages, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.  Parents and guardians who believe that we may have collected personal data from a child under those ages can submit a request that it be removed to support@youintrapreneur.com.

9. Changes to our privacy policy 

DI PAOLO LTD may change this privacy policy. In that case, the ‘last updated’ date at the bottom of this page will also change. Any changes to this privacy policy will apply to you and your data immediately.  If these changes affect how your personal data is processed, we will place any updates on our homepage.
